Current Classes – Napa Valley Beach Volleyball Classes

Junior High

Players in grades 6, 7 or 8 will learn all about the game of beach volleyball. Twice a week players will work to own the skills for beach volleyball. All players must have prior volleyball experience.

Beach Training

Players in high school will learn all about the game of beach volleyball. These once a week classes will help players gain confidence in their overall skills. All players must have prior volleyball experience.

INTRO TO BEACH

The Introduction to Beach classes allow players to explore the game of beach volleyball, even though they may have previous experience playing indoor volleyball. This class teaches the fundamentals and the strategies of playing the beach doubles game.

Players advance to level one classes after they acquire the fundamental skills, which sometimes can take more than one or two rounds of the Intro to Beach Volleyball sessions.

These Saturday sessions are designed to keep the beach player active in her beach game. The first 1/2 hour we will focus on skill development. Competition court play will take place for the next hour.
